Pet Friendly Annapolis Cottage that Backs Up to Stunning Quiet Waters Park!!

Welcome to my home! I hope that you love it as much as I do. It is an open concept 3 bedroom (two queens and a king) 1.5 bath cottage has a large, fenced yard and backs up to the stunning Quiet Waters Park with its own access gate. The kitchen has a very large island and is fully stocked with condiments for guest use if needed. Parking accommodates 4 cars, and the house is a quick 5-minute drive to either downtown Annapolis or Eastport. The house has two (2) bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath with a fully finished downstairs with electric fireplace and additional king bed and half bath. The back of the house has a cozy 3-season enclosed room with an eating table and lovely views into the large, fenced yard and park.

Very nice location right on Quiet Waters park. Nice sunroom. Big backyard. Be mindful to block off any gaps in the fence if your doggo is an escape artist.

Lovely home in a great location!

We were hoping to find a home we could be close enough to the Naval Academy, and we could have plenty of room for our family and our dog. We were very pleased with every aspect of the home! We felt very much at home and there was great communication! I especially loved the oversized Island in the kitchen, the quiet surroundings, and it was spacious!

Great house in Annapolis for a family

We were in town to see my oldest son get married. My wife and I, our youngest son and his wife, and their two kids stayed here plus our dog. Great fenced in backyard for the kids and dog. Beautiful park and playground next door.

Great Getaway for LDW!

I stayed at this property for LDW with my father and father-in-law, and my Golden Retriever. It was a great setup for the 3 of us. We loved being right next to the park and went over there for a walk with the dog a couple times. We were in a great, quiet little neighborhood and good distance to lots of restaurants, the Naval Academy for the game and even a reasonable drive to DC and the BWI airport. Overall we had a great time and would love to come back in the future!

Hidden gem

Great stay in Sara’s lovely home. It was very comfortable and had everything you need. An added plus was direct access to Quiet Waters Park which we throughly enjoyed. Great location 10 mins drive to Annapolis, but far enough to relax away from the crowds.

Short stay near quiet waters park

We had a brief and very pleasant two night stay to get together as a family. Sara’s place was quiet and very comfortable, the proximity to the park was wonderful and we enjoyed preparing meals in her well stocked kitchen. A very enjoyable stay!

Great family stay (with pets!)

We were so lucky to find this cottage that backs up to the park. The sleeping arrangement for our group of 4 adults and a child worked well, and the fenced in backyard that leads into Quiet Waters Park is perfect for pups! Sara was incredibly communicative and helpful, and her home is so charming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Easter with the Family

Our Easter weekend is Sara’s home was wonderful! We were able to spend some much need time with our mid who happened to also have his 22nd Birthday on Easter. It was great to relax with the family, bring our dogs and prepare some of our son’s favorite food. Sara’s home was very clean and equipped with everything you could need for a great family weekend!

Homey respite

Lovely cottage with great yard backing into park trails. Not a typical rental but renting the owner’s home. Back porch made for great family feasts and laundry facilities were useful (on week 2 of our trip).

Annapolis USNA visit and Football Game weekend

Charming cottage in a lovely quiet neighborhood just outside of Annapolis. Clean and comfortable. Big backyard and fire pit. Communication with host was easy and responses were quick. Easy to Uber into Annapolis and save time looking for parking. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

A wonderful find

Not enough words to say how great this experience was starting with Sarah our host who was so accommodating, checking to make sure everything was fine with our stay. The house is beautiful, warm and beautifully decorated A peaceful backyard with seating, a hammock, BBQ and opens to a beautiful park through a gate, the neighborhood is very quiet close to Annapolis eight or nine minutes you come in through eastport, which avoids a lot of the traffic. Plenty of restaurant opportunities nearby, as well as in Annapolis. We traveled to watch a football game and after the game I felt like I was "home" Strongly recommended!

I enjoy sharing my house that I love so much with guests, and truly appreciate them taking good care of it during their stay. I have four adult children (and grandchildren) who I visit when I guests book my house, The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments for guest use.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I absolutely LOVE backing up to Quiet Waters Park. I walk there every evening after work with my dog and enjoy the serene water views. I also like being 10 minutes from Central Annapolis and Eastport, away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy all of the activities.
