This rental was in a good location. It was close to everything yet private. It had just the amount of beds we needed, and we were glad there was a king room. The garage was a bonus, especially since it rained most of our stay.

Gillade inte: Kommunikation
Overall decent house, but poor communication and unsafe bed issueThe house itself was clean and nice, but we had a very frustrating experience with the host regarding safety and communication. Shortly after arrival, a frame under one of the beds broke as a 6-year-old girl sat on it, scaring her. Looking closely at the frame, it was clear it had been cracked and poorly repaired multiple times in the past.We immediately took photos and notified the host. He promised to send a handyman, but communication was difficult and we had to message him multiple times for updates. When the handyman finally arrived, he didn't know how to fix it, left to call the owner, and never returned. By nearly 10 PM, with no help provided, we had to move the mattress onto the floor ourselves so the child had a place to sleep. Disappointing response from the host regarding a clear maintenance and safety issue

Nasty! All sheets were dirty(and no laundry detergent), not cool when you’re arriving at 2am and nothing is open. There was dog pee in the floor and on the bed, & dirty toilet. House was nice, just needed cleaned! Check in was easy. Location was good.

Pleasant stay at Heber Springs

House was very clean and comfortable. Located close to the main businesses in town but on a nice quiet street. It was really nice to be able to park our car in the fully enclosed garage.
