Here you will find a beautiful sandy beach and pool, imaging the sounds of the ocean lapping at the shore, while you sit on the deck overlooking the ocean. The pool is heated all winter long and the pool area is great for entertaining under the gazebo with outdoor kitchen and grilling area.
Complex is gated and offers covered parking for one vehicle. Guest parking available for one additional car.
The elevator takes you right to your door.
As you enter this condo, the open concept living,kitchen,dining area all with gorgeous ocean views tkes your breath away.
Located within walking distance of shopping, marina, and restaurants.
Key colony is a great walking community, with Sunset Park a few blocks away.
