Very clean and host had great response time when I reached out, the location is great, walking distance to the beach and Main Street. We were slightly disappointed because our specific room we stayed in was not pictured and we were expecting the dresser that was pictured and we had a very small one and couldn’t fit our stuff into them. Also, the floors have some damage and they are uneven, be careful because I did end up nicking the bottom of my foot on a board that was raised up.

Beware

First of all got there and couldn't get in. The door was locked so the key code didnt work. 45 minutes later we got in after maintenance came out. First place i went was the bathroom. I don't think the floors have ever been cleaned. If your above average height or weight dont stay here. The furniture is very cheap. We thought the bed was going to break. It was terrible. And there is no outdoor sitting area at all. But location was good. Thats the only good thing i can say. The pics are deceiving. There is no closet, no dresser, no where to hang clothes. came out.

You get what you pay for, I guess

I understand that this property very affordable compared to other properties in the area. It looks cute and cozy in the photos but definitely has some things to be aware of. Pros: 1. location - walkable to Main St. 2. The space is pretty large, but most of the space is in the kitchen area 3. washer and dryer in unit 4. dogs are allowed Cons: 1. parking - there is 1 spot available for each tenant. If the other tenants are not considerate in how they park then it makes for a very difficult parking situation where you have to squeeze in your vehicle and hope everyone knows how to back out without taking off a door or side mirror 2. sleeping - this was the biggest reason for our poor review. The pictures make it look like a comfortable-enough day bed, however, this felt more like a futon you'd crash on at a friend's place in college. The mattress is so thin you can feel every piece of metal underneath. We are two decent-sized adults so I would NOT recommend unless you're sleeping alone or both of you are very small/light. 3. what isn't shown in the pictures is that the unit is clearly an old unit that has been "remodeled." There is a lot of evidence of corners that have been cut and things that have just been patched. The AC units are in the windows and, while they do work well enough, there was visible damage around them on the walls. They also haven't been cleaned in a while so the dust made us wake up stuffy every morning.

Everything was perfect it was easy to get to very quiet the other visitors was so nice I highly recommend this place for anyone who is wanting to be close to the beach and it is very relaxing , close to activities food and more very pet friendly
