This is a three-room suite, including a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room/kitchen has a pull-out couch, a flat screen TV with most streaming services (requires guest log-in), and a fully-appointed kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, a closet to hang clothes, and a dresser. It also has a quiet, mini-split to control the temperature. Both rooms have a ceiling fan and windows. The bathroom has a shower stall with rain shower head. Complimentary toiletries provided.
Guests have full access to their private suite, as well as seating for two immediately outside. They are also welcome to enjoy the manicured grounds.

We are Seth and Lynn Thibault. We live locally, raising our three children in the village of Skaneateles, and it's always been a dream to run a successful boutique motel. Before kids, we traveled around the world. We experienced amazing hospitality everywhere we went and visited so many communities that embraced us with warmth and curiosity. Now, we hope to create a similar experience for visitors to Skaneateles. Whether you are a regular, familiar with the area, or a first-time explorer, our vision is to help you make the most of your time with us and discover all the beauty of this area. Rich in natural wonders, good people, and memory-making moments, Skaneateles and The Gate await you at the eastern gateway to the Finger Lakes.

Skaneateles is a charming story book village with endless eateries, shops and one of the cleanest lakes in the world, and the Inn at the Gate is just a few short steps away. Additionally we're centrally located between many of the wineries, breweries, apple orchards, pumpkin patches and so much more.
