Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad your stay was overall fine and appreciate your input. We hope to host you again next time!

Thank you for your feedback. Check-in instructions, including the key pickup location, are clearly outlined in advance. We understand the alley entrance may feel unusual, but it’s a secure, standard entry used by all residents. Regarding early check-in, it was approved and made available as soon as the unit was ready. We apologize for any brief wait and appreciate your understanding. Best regards.

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing our staff's helpfulness and knowledge. We're glad we were able to meet you and assist with your questions. As you noted, downtown parking challenges are common in urban locations – our check-in process is designed to be as efficient as possible given the area. We appreciate that our team went the extra mile to meet you in person. Regarding the sheets, we maintain a strict non-smoking policy throughout our properties and use professional cleaning services. We're uncertain about the source of any odor you detected, as this has not been reported by other guests. We would have been happy to provide alternative linens immediately if you had contacted us during your stay so we could address it in real-time. We appreciate your understanding of urban living logistics and would be happy to welcome you back!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad you found the location clean and safe during your time in Detroit. We do provide the lockbox location with detailed instructions in the arrival email. Your input is valuable, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

Hi Robin! Thank you for providing your feedback! This place is indeed a lockbox check-in, with the lockbox mounted on the side of the building per building management. The area is safe and we provide detailed retrieval instructions. Our team is available online 24/7 to answer any questions as well. The amenities are shared between two sister buildings. The apartment is exactly as advertised, from the furniture and TV to the views. Our fees, policies, and booking process are outlined in the listing prior to booking as well. We would be happy to host you again, perhaps in the sister building next time!
