Conveniently located near Placida, Boca Grande & Gasparilla Beach. Publix, Target & all major stores are within a 2-5 min drive.

Unwind and relax at this stunning, modern, new home in a quiet neighborhood yet minutes from everything!
Enjoy the outdoors with a fully enclosed & screened in pool, lounger, designated grilling area and outdoor dining in the midst of the exotic bird chirps. Wash off in the provided exterior shower.
The indoors features an open-concept Family Room and chef kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook & serve a memorable meal in the formal dining area. The home has brand new furnishings and all white bedding to reassure that it is pure, sanitized and perfectly clean for your stay. Our home is very relaxing, the perfect "home away from home". The layout provides space for friends and family to enjoy their time together. We have provided family games to keep you busy. Self check-in with keypad lock provides for a seamless start to your vacation. There is plenty of parking available - in the brand new expanded driveway as well as the garage.
The under-air Lanai (Florida Room) room features a pool table, a refrigerator & stools for hanging out. The Living Room features a 75-inch TV with plenty of seating and a designated work area for remote working. High Speed Internet available, just copy the Wi-Fi code provided by Bar area.
Air Mattresses & extra bedding available, beach gear (cooler & 4 beach chairs) + fishing rods available upon request.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
My family and I absolutely love driving to Port Charlotte for entertainment and taking our boat out to Boca Grande & Gasparilla Beach. You are definitely closer to the beaches than we are (about a 30 min drive for you).
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This property is very unique because it is hidden from all the city noise and traffic yet you can get to the busy-ness within a short minute drive. You get the best of both worlds, restaurants, shopping, resorts, nature get-aways and even a park about 2 blocks away. Neighbors are great, the beautiful sunsets by the pool are my fave part. After a busy day, unwinding + lying on the pool lounger is probably #1 on my list. My husband can spend hours playing pool (alone) while enjoying a drink or two. You will love it here!
