The house is newly listed w/ VRBO and has Premier Host status on another popular platform.
Beautiful single level home (built 2017), no stairs to climb, just 500 yards away from the white, sandy beaches of the gulf coast. Spacious living and dining area & modern kitchen w/ granite countertops. 10-ft ceilings for comfort.
Privacy fence & rear porch with seating and propane grill.
High-speed wireless internet.
Suitable for short-term stays, as well as for snowbirds; up to 4 adults, 3 children. Providing you with a 5 star stay is our top priority. For special requests contact the host.
The space is a "Writer's Retreat":
The house is fully functional; the kitchen is well equipped for you and your guests.
House features two writing desks/work stations with shelves and drawers to keep you organized. WiFi hot spot for internet connectivity of your computer and Smart TVs in living and master bedroom. Audio equipment is provided for your entertainment.
The house is located in very quiet neighborhood nestled within beautiful greenery.
Neighborhood Watch in place, as well as a Ring door bell/camera as a security device.
This is a worry-free all-electric house, very efficiently insulated.
Enjoy the cafes, restaurants and shopping malls of the lovely city centers of Bay Saint Louis, Pass Christian, Long Beach, or Biloxi.
There are plenty of Casinos, bars with live music, cafés, and fine restaurants in the Biloxi, Gulfport, and Bay Saint Louis areas to enjoy nights out.
Enjoy the refreshing morning hours on the beach, and the tranquil and picturesque evening sunsets. You may use the bikes in the garage at your own risk.
Go deep sea fishing with local fishermen, or enjoy swamp tours.
A big chain retailer is in almost walking distance to satisfy all your daily needs to enjoy your time here.

Open space concept for living, dining, and kitchen. Besides the living areas you are invited to use the large private rear deck with gas grill and an outdoor table for your enjoyment.
Use the driveway only for off-street parking of your vehicle.
The garage is not accessible to guests.
You have access to a laundry room (washer & dryer).
Beach chairs, beach seating blankets and beach towels are provided.

Host is available to guests anytime through text, phone, or E-mail for any questions or concerns that may come up during guest's stay.
