We had a minor problem and the owners got a hold of us right away and fixed it. It was a nice space and we enjoyed our stay.

The unit had everything we needed for a long weekend in Atlanta and it was perfect for walking to the best area attractions!! The walk to Mercedes Benz is about 20 min, but pretty safe and easy. We didn’t have any trouble. The staff at the complex were extremely nice and the communication with the owner was fast and accurate!! We found the parking they recommended easily and it was a short walk to the unit from the parking deck. You are in the City, so be advised the vibe is loud and a lot going on!! There is a liquor store on the corner and this seemed to attract some interesting characters, but our family never felt unsafe or threatened. The unit met our needs, the location was good, and our trip was fun and successful. I’d stay here again and recommend the property to someone else traveling to the area.

I stayed for a week for Conference. The location was perfect for my conference and was withing walking distance to everything. The heating and cooling is controlled by the front desk (Host does disclose this in the listing) and this was a bit of an inconvenience but nothing that would prevent me from booking this unit again. The unit was clean and pretty spacious to be a 2 bedroom. It does face the busy intersection but I barely heard any traffic noise when inside. At times, the hallways smelled of marijuana. All in all, it was a great stay and I did not have any major issues but when I did have a question or needed something, the host was almost immediately responding which I appreciate! I'd definitely book this unit again.

When I arrived my name wasn’t in the system. After checking in I went to the condo and it was dirty. It was my wife’s birthday, so we weren’t able to shower and make our dinner reservation. We went to a different restaurant since we weren’t dressed for the other restaurant. We stayed 5 nights and killed 1 to 3 cockroaches each day. I put a pop tart in the toaster and a cockroach run out of there. One morning I got in the shower and a cockroach was on the shower handle. I wasn’t able to watch live TV, only Netflix. In the main bedroom there was about 1/4 of an inch of dust under the bed. The parking was 35 over night and they only accepted cash, so I had to go to the bank machine. It was just a lot of issues.
