We were very pleased and impressed with the property; it was clean (I'm extremely fussy) and very quiet. The furnishings were nice; although the sofa needs a serious deep cleaning and the recliner has a nasty, large burn mark. I have to cook a lot because of food sensitivities and the pots and pans weren't usable - I encounter that frequently so I carry my own. Just for information - there is no hair dryer. We would probably return if we need to.

This is the cutest little Villa for a small family vacay. The view was so relaxing and mesmerizing at all times of the day! Extremely easy access. Would highly recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful experience! The property was super cute and had everything we needed. The balcony view was beautiful, and we loved that the beach behind us was surprisingly not crowded compared to the areas in front of the surrounding large hotels. Super easy process and had a great time! We couldn’t get the wifi to work and our service cut out for a bit, but it wasn’t a huge deal. (Free onsite parking aswell!)

The View Was Awesome!! Was in a great location! Our beach was never crowded. Alicia had the place spotless!! Paradise away from home. Everything that we needed in the condo was there for a wonderful stay!! Could not ask for anything more!!!

My entire family enjoyed the view and easy access to beach. We had everything needed at home. Walking distance to the pier is a plus.

Place was very nice and clean. We did buy a bigger skillet to use while there. Would be nice if they had a few more large kitchen bowls but the kitchen was stocked well. Love Kerrie and Joe who oversee the whole place. Super people. Location is great. We will be back.

Everything was in good condition and the place itself was nice and comfortable. The view of the beach was so pretty and I got to experience seeing some of the jets! We are already planning my daughter birthday here in the next year and hoping to stay here again.

Great little condo right on the water. Clean and good value. Updated and has all that you need. Television in 5e bedroom could not be turned on and there was no response to my email about that, but it was a minor glitch. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was great for the money. We loved how quiet it was in December. The unit’s full kitchen and comfortable bed were appreciated. The view is stunning, and it’s conveniently located a stone’s throw from Pier Park. Unit is well maintained. Would love to stay here again if prices remain reasonable.

Easy to work with owner, great updated unit with perfect view of Gulf of America. Small complex with easy access, much less crowded beach than found at large complexes in area.
