We got you—we added a dedicated workspace with fast wifi. Space for two cars in driveway, one in garage. Two minutes away find yummy local restaurants like Bliss Bee, Koto Sushi, and Burlington Bagel Bakery. Grocery stores, Panera, Chipotle, and Starbucks nearby. You will love your stay here!

The space
This is a great ranch layout on one floor with a picture window out to the yard and sliding doors out to deck and yard!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire ranch home. The only part of the basement you have access to is the washer and dryer.
Other things to note
Bedding and Pillows:

There are 3 cozy smaller throw blankets around the house and/or in the closets of the Snowy Owl Room (nursery/office) and The Love Room ( the one with two beds). The Maple Room is the Queen Room. There are extra twin and queen quilts. There is a linen closet next to the bathroom with extra sheets for all the beds, including crib sheets and two Mexican blankets. There are not extra pillows, but every bed has two or or more pillows. If you need more than 8 standard pillows for your group you will need to bring them.

Children:
We are happy to be an that provides many of the things you get sick of packing for trips. We know how much stuff ends up in the car with little ones in tow! Please note because we have many guests that are traveling without children you will need to bring the kids items out of the closets and garage and set them up. The crib is an LA baby mini crib with a brand new pottery barn mattress one side for infant and one side for a toddler. We also have a high chair, a bumbo seat, a kids chair, and a toy box.

Kitchen:

Tea kettle, and smaller ceramic tea pot. Waffle maker. Toaster. Coffee maker. Food processor. One small frying pan, one pot, one large baking sheet, one Dutch oven, two spatulas, 3 mixing bowls, one set of measuring cups. Plenty of glasses, four to six wine glasses, silverware, and plates. There is also a set of plastic and melamine plates and dinnerware for outdoor dining. Martini set. Shaper cooking knives. Can opener. One oven mitt. We do not have spices other than basil. We try to provide Trader Joe’s Olive oil cooking spray.

Cleaning supplies:
We do not provide paper towels. We have many dish clothes to encourage sustainable practices, if you are paper towel people, please bring your own.
Dish soap
Hand soap.
Vacuum.
Multi purpose cleaner.
Windex.
Dishwasher tabs.
Lysol spray in bathroom.
One dustpan set.
One duster.
One BONA hardwood floor swiffer.

Grill:
We have a Webber grill and grill tools that we provide for our guests. This is an extra service, and not an expectation. Therefore we ask that if you use the grill kindly clean it for the next people, or let us know that you used it so we can clean it for you. Since many guests do not use it, we do not check every time. The grill is not outside but in the garage and has wheels on one side. It must be used outside, it is illegal in Vermont to use a gas grill indoors, but It can easily be pulled out the back garage door and there is a cement area for it to go on. Due to weather conditions we do not leave it outside. Also due to legality, we leave you an empty propane take, and you will need to bring it in for exchange for one with propane to Lowe’s ( which is directly across the street 2 minutes driving). Please make sure you know how to use a gas grill, otherwise we kindly request you do not use it. Thank you.

Clothes storage:
There are hangers in every closet. The Maple Room ( Queen) has an open shelving area in the closet for clothes. The Love Room has a wooden three drawer dresser unit in the closet as well as a full length mirror. The Snowy Owl room has a closet, but no drawer units.

Basement: for laundry only at this time.

Owner’s Closet: There is one closet with a slide door located in the living room for supplies and items. Please do not take anything out there without permission from owner.

Table Leaf: if your party is too big for the circular table in the living room there is a table leaf stored in the owners closet. Currently the leaf is set up!

Dining Table: there are six chairs for the dining table.

High top table in kitchen: three to four stools.

Air Conditioners & Fans
Every bedroom has a fan.
There is a large AC unit in the kitchen that cools off most of the house, as well as a smaller unit that can be used in the Maple or Love Rooms.
