- Bathroom 1: The full bathroom offers a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, and comes stocked with towels and amenities.

Upstairs: Level 2

Additional Information:

- This property is called "Hideout Lane" and features two vacation rentals: the "Cliff House" and the "Lookout Tower." Both properties are separated by a cliff for added privacy. If you need more space, consider booking the Lookout Tower, which is also available on VRBO or by messaging us!

- Train Noise: The city of Sandpoint is known for trains so you'll hear the train whistle from the valley below. You'll be surprised how quickly you become accustomed to the sound but if you're not used to it you can use the "white noise" player or earplugs in the bedroom to muffle the train whistles at night.

- Pets: We welcome pets for a $75 fee. However, please keep them under your supervision at all times. Due to the potential presence of wildlife and the steep cliffs surrounding the home, as well as the lack of a fenced yard, bringing pets is at the owner’s risk.

- Road Access: The road to the Cliff House (Granite Ridge Rd.) is gravel, and the driveway is somewhat steep. In winter, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended for safe access. The paved driveway offers ample parking space for up to 3 cars. will be at the owner’s risk.

- Please Note: The road to the house is gravel however the driveway is a semi steep. So, you will need a 4x4 or AWD in order to reach the Cliff House. There is enough space to park 3 cars in the driveway.

- Please Note: The city of Sandpoint is known for trains so you'll hear the train whistle from the valley below. You'll be surprised how quickly you become accustomed to the sound but if you're not used to it you can use the "white noise" player or earplugs in the bedroom to muffle the train whistles at night.
