This property is in a great location. There are many wineries nearby, and downtown is not a far drive. The property is peaceful. We ordered pizza delivery from EZ PZ Pizza, which is a must-try!

excellent stay in quite location

My wife and I just needed a little R&R. The location was clean, very comfortable bed, large area. The hot tub was amazing especially under the night stars. Had a great time.

Weekend getaway at the Red Barn

We had a wonderful time staying at the Red Barn! A few of the features we appreciated - master bedroom in the loft, large shower, hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating. It had an "out in the country" feel, but was a short distance from downtown Fredericksburg and several wineries.

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

We had a great time, cabin is beautiful place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, away from town just far enough to feel secluded, but easily close enough to be in the middle of Fredericksburg in 5 minutes. Hot tub and full size washer and dryer are nice touches. Place feels laid-back and welcoming, would recommend!

Great place for a weekend getaway

We loved the rustic feel of this property. The hot tub was perfect in the 50 degree weather
very relaxing! It was quiet and the stargazing was amazing. The property is located just outside of town but so convenient to downtown.

Nice get away

The stay was great! Great location, close to many wineries and the shops on Main Street. The host was very responsive and the complimentary bottle of wine was very good. The only bad thing was the water pressure in the shower was really low. Overall a great place and will stay there again.

Great location and cute property

Starting out, the location and amazing, the hot tub is really nice and kept clean. Loved the big walk in shower and the back porch patio is great for breakfast. The AC works very well, keeping the room nice a cold. Only issues we had were finding several scorpions in the bedroom and kitchen as well as mouse droppings in the corners by the coffee maker and the upstairs bedroom has a very strong mouse urine smell.

Weekend Getaway

My best friend and I got to get away from the city for the weekend to this lovely barn. The space was so peaceful, so clean and stocked with all we needed! Lee is so friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely be back!

Wine weekend

Pond next to hot tub needs to be cleaned. The pictures show the barn with brighter lights. Inside it is too dark. Very quiet and the momma and baby deer were awesome to see. The upstairs bed was very soft and comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Already planning our next stay.

My boyfriend and I recently spent the weekend at the little red barn property and we had the most fantastic time. We were lucky to have beautiful weather, the barn was cozy and spacious, perfect size for the two of us. Great comfortable bed, enormous shower, and perfect hot tub where we could enjoy the stars. Was very secluded and private, even with a neighbor, but was still close enough to town that heading in took a mere 5 minutes. No issue getting Uber to pick us up and drop us off. Had an issue with the flapper of the toilet, Lee had it fixed for us in a jiffy, getting it completed while we were out shopping. We are looking forward to returning when it's colder to get the Winter feel of Fredericksburg. Can't wait to be back!!
