About this space
Very Large space with Patio and Private Backyard. Garage and Parking are available. Laundry room is also available. Beautiful place for you and your family in an amazingly Awesome area close to Astoria Park. Newly renovated, and likely one of the nicest places you will ever see on one of these types of sites. If you work from home or if you want to live in the lap of luxury, then this is the place for you. Stunning Astoria/Ditmars Location close to Train and shopping and Track and Park.
The space
The House is very spacious and Private. Not only do you have a your own Terrace that overlooks a beautiful Garden and has a view of the park, but you also have a private Backyard and a place to park your cars. You will have super fast high end Wireless throughout the house and a top notch heating system. Child- friendly, and A/C. You will also love looking out on the garden. There are two parking space available. All of this and you are literally a short 7 minute walk to the Subway and 20 to 30 minutes from the city, and if you drive, you are just a few minutes away from the Triboro Bridge which can get you wherever you want to go in the tristate area. This is a very high end beautifully recently renovated house with Hard wood floors throughout.
