Remodel, single story charming, clean, cozy, & relaxing home conveniently located about 12 mi from the airport, 10 mi from Fort Bliss, with many dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Fast WiFi & 2Smart TVs w/your favorite streaming. Comfortably sleeps 6 in 1 King bed & 2 Queen beds. Large Master Bedroom w/Work Area, walking-in closet & Fire TV, 2 bath, fully stack Kitchen w/Breakfast Area, Living Room & Dining room, & Enclosed Backyard.
The space
Well established neighborhood. Comfortable and relaxing single-story on the Eastside of El Paso! Located within a short walking distance to neighborhood park, closed to I-10 & 375, Schools, Restaurants & Shopping! Home features comfortable & spacious Master Bedroom with work area, walk in closet and Fire 65" TV. Cozy Dining/Living Area with a 2nd 65" Smart TV. Fully stocked Kitchen with breakfast area too! Other features include refrigerated air, grill, and garage with washer & dryer. Fully enclosed backyard. Backyard has covered patio with outdoor dining area, and free grill usage.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Parties or Gatherings Allowed.
AC is not to be set below 72° during the summer to avoid freezing the unit.

Welcome to My El Paso Home located within a short walking distance to neighborhood park, gym, YMCA, and just minutes away from a major intersections on I-10 & Loop 375, I-10 & Lee Trevino, Montana & Global Reach, and Montana & George Dieter.
Within minutes away you would find the CVS and Walgreen pharmacies, Emergency 24-hrs Clinic, Providence Hospital, Del Sol Medical Center, doctor's offices, US Post Office, Fed-Ex & UPS Postal Services and only 20 minutes from downtown El Paso. Upgraded home featuring refrigerated air and Hi- Speed internet to get your work done.
Within 5 minutes, you would find Albertson's, Wal-Mart, and Food Markets as well as all kind of restaurants from Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Vietnamese, Steak House, Pizzeria, etc.
With major Movie Theaters and Bowling close by as well.
If you and your family like lakes and fishing, we would recommend adventuring for an early short trip to Caballo Lake just 2 hours from our home or to try the New Mexico vineyards to enjoy local made wine just 1 hour away.
Enjoy hiking in Hueco Tanks on the far east from El Paso on Montana Ave or Franklin Mountains on the westside of El Paso; both about 25 minutes in either direction.

Guests can enter and exit our home at any time during their stay using a self-check-in code.

Guest have access to the whole house and the garage except for the 2-utility closets located on the hallway.
