Wow. This house/property was amazing. I was there for a girls trip with my sister and we were so happy with our decision to stay here. The house was super clean, the pool area was fantastic - you can't beat the view. The house was really well stocked with everything you could need - lots of towels and kitchen stuff. The check in process was super easy and the property manager responded almost immediately to the one question we had. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

very pleased with the accommodations exactly as described.Our contact for access was very helpful and accommodative steep drive was a bit of an issue and the patio furniture could have been more comfortable however those are minor.compared to the overall quality and comfort of the property

Had a great time staying at this house. Only a few minutes to town center in Fountain Hills with multiple great restaurants. About 25-30 minutes to anything in Scottsdale. Very steep driveway, but the car made it up no problem. They let you park in the garage here so that is also a plus.The house being a single story home makes it very nice and accessible for anyone who may not enjoy a bunch of stairs.Pool was very nice. The temperature says it raised to the mid 80's without being heated. Plenty of shade by the pool if needed for your outside pools days also.

Awesome property!

We stayed 3 weeks. The house was perfect and the views were incredible! We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the views. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy a great meal. Upon arrival, everything looked just like the photos and the home is properly maintained. Fountain Hills is a very nice community. Stores and restaurants were easy to get to. I played golf a number of days and was impressed by the quality/uniqueness of the courses. Linda (Property Manager) was very helpful and always available. Eric is a great host.

2nd Stay Here

This is a beautiful home is Fountain Hills. We have stayed here two years in a row. The beds are great, the views are great and the location is great! We love it because it is close to hiking and mnt biking. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.

We bought this home to bring our family to from Maryland and we have many special memories here with our family and friends. We love the slower pace of Fountain Hills but enjoy the proximity to Phoenix and Scottsdale. We have 5 children and Eric runs a successful real estate practice in the metro Washington D.C. area. We enjoy escaping the city to the mountains and climate of Arizona and have not found another home in Fountain Hills with this view and setting. 10 out of 10 for convenience and getting away from it all! Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This newly renovated home (2018) is truly a retreat from everyday life, every day you are there. The 46 foot long, 12 ft. wide pebble tec lap pool in the front sits on one of the best perches in the valley. The stone hot tub flows in to the pool and is covered by the lanai. The master opens to the lanai as does the kitchen and family room. An open air sentry retreat on the roof of the garage affords views in all four directions and is a great gathering place in the evening for a cocktail. Access to rooftop deck is from the outside/ backyard.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You will find many homes with some kind of view. To be able to capture the fountain and all the mountain views of the valley from one lot is rare. Add a 400 square foot lanai and an unbelievable pool with waterfall feature as the cherry on top. The pool and hot tub can be heated by purchasing propane in advance of your stay. Rates fluctuate with the costs of fuel but can range from $300 (spa only) -$950 (pool & spa) per week. Please inquire about costs prior to booking. Looking to do something fun nearby? Only 5 minutes to great golfing, tennis, restaurants and shopping in the town of Fountain Hills, and only 15 minutes to many attractions in Scottsdale/Phoenix.
