This 4 bedroom family vacation home is located at the Crystal Cove Resort. The resort neighborhood offers great on-site amenities ideal for the entire family. The sparkling community pool is surrounded by green space and the children love the colorful playground area. There are plenty of ways to relax or stay active with multiple tennis courts, volleyball courts, and nature trails throughout the community.

Outdoor Pool and Deck:
The home itself features a sun drenched back deck with its own private swimming pool. No rear facing neighbors, gives you added privacy plus a garden view. Soak up the Florida sunshine from one of the lounge chairs, or have a snooze in the shade under the umbrella. There's also a poolside dining area, and even an outdoor BBQ grill. When the sun glare gets too intense, the retractable shade and outdoor fan will come in handy!

Living Area:
Step inside to the gorgeous open concept living space. You'll find a billiards table, plenty of comfortable seating and a smart TV.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, and there's bar seating along the counter. The kitchen also offers a breakfast nook that has room for 4, in addition to the formal dining area that can seat 6.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Kids will love the Finding Nemo-themed bedroom, featuring a colorful mural and two Twin beds. The primary bedroom offers a King-size bed and a sparkling ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each have a Queen-size bed, with one also featuring an ensuite bathroom.

Our guests also get free access to the Crystal Cove facilities, including the clubhouse with a well-equipped gym, computer room, games room, TV lounge with tea and coffee-making facilities. Outside is a large communal swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a view of the community lake. Getting Around:
Crystal Cove is in Kissimmee on Poinciana Boulevard. From the US192, take the turning south at the traffic lights next to Walgreens and opposite Camping World, it is signposted Poinciana Blvd. Drive down this road for a little over 2 miles and Crystal Cove is on your left just past Oren Brown Road.

The US192 is where you will also find Orlando’s newest water park, Island H2o Live! which is just 20 - 25 Minutes away and Kissimmee Old Town, with its Fun Spot attractions at just a 10 - 15 Minutes drive from here.

Attractions on International Drive, including Ripley’s, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 25 - 30 Minutes.

The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 75 - 80 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 55 - 60 Minutes away to the west. Florida’s award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 85 - 90 Minutes from here.
