Perfect weekend getaway!

This felt like a home away from home for our weekend with close friends. Super easy check in and check out, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and excellent communication with the owners! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Nice stay. The chairs on the front porch were dirty and the garbage cans were full with no room to put our trash.

Great location close to Hospital for Locums coverage

As always a great stay. House is rustic, but reasonable upkeep. Clean. Parking for this one is very limited do to neighbors. Quiet neighborhood.

The host was very welcoming. We had difficulty accessing regular TV and the middle bedroom TV fid not work. The host offered to come and fix it, we declined the offer. When someone is traveling by air there is not room for blankets and there were none in the house to snuggle in.

Older house, can hear alot of outside noise (traffic, neighbors talking, wind). Smoke detectors went off a couple times in the middle of the night. House is located close enough to restaurants and stores but is located in-between 2 train tracks, which were very loud.Other than the above, property manager was great to talk to and very helpful when needed. House had plenty of room in all rooms.

My family and I visited Sanford while exploring the area for a possible relocation. During our 3.5-day stay, we packed in a lot, so it was important to have a place where we could rest peacefully—and this home provided that. The host was kind and made a genuine effort to ensure our comfort. The townhouse was clean and conveniently located close to town.That said, for our specific needs, there were some challenges. My husband is blind, and the home’s age presented a few accessibility concerns. The front porch is very wide, which made it difficult for him to orient himself using the banister. Inside, the floors were somewhat uneven, which can feel unsettling without visual cues. Additionally, the bathroom layout may be inconvenient for some, with one bathroom upstairs and the other located downstairs near the kitchen.Overall, it’s a pleasant and well-located place, but travelers with visual impairments or other mobility considerations may want to take note of these factors.
