Impeccable and perfect apartment in the coolest area of the PALERMO neighborhood/ SCHOOLCHILDREN!!!
The apartment is fully equipped to new to have a perfect and comfortable stay in Buenos Aires. It has 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room and full kitchen. The apartment includes SMART TV, Chromecast, WIFI , microwave, refrigerator, electric pava and coffee maker. There are 2 AC in both environments: living room and room. On the corner is Av. Cordoba that connects with the whole city!!

- The apartment is perfect for 2 people, and can be used for 3. The sofa is not a bed, but it can be assembled as a bed.
- The size of the sofa is 1.82 meters long.
- The bed is a queen
bed - The TV is SMART (no cable) and CHROMECAST.
- The WiFi is 50 Mega.
