This incredible home is located in Rock Ridge Estates directly below the village. Completely ski-in/out, a groomed green run (Woodcutter) takes you to the bottom of the Plaza, Ridge Rocket and Snow Ghost chairs. Welcome to Rockridge Retreat with an unbeatable location, ski-in - out, views and privacy. Lock in your family Christmas 2023, our only remaining dates for 23/24 season.
A very rare find - spacious, private and very close to the village with 3 private ensuite bedrooms, it's family home in immaculate condition. Beautiful panoramic views from every room. Watch the glorious sunsets or Saturday night fireworks from your private hot-tub. Entertain guests or eat out with less than 5 minute stroll to the Village Center, ski-hire, restaurants and bars. Spacious and luxurious, with two lounge rooms and master suite on the top floor. We don't pack in the bunk beds.

Ski-in - out is right on your doorstep in two ways 1) ski from Woodcutter green run up to the back door, 2) ski from Woodcutter green run to just below Crescendo, walk 40 meters to house.

Garage for one car, and an outdoor car spot also.
