Location, Location, Location!

The vacation rental was spotless.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We recently vacationed on Marco Island for about the 20+ time. This trip fortunately did not end with a hurricane! The location of this house was perfect for us with easy access to our favorite places on the Island. The home was spotless clean and comfortable. We had some issues with the home, the Main Bedroom TV did not work and AC dropped out but both were addressed very promptly and completely including a new TV. The only downside was the pool. Although unlike many other properties that we have rented, we had complete control of the pool heater which is a plus for folks with orthopedic issues. The pool itself is somewhat in disrepair. Although spotless clean, there are broken and missing tiles and a somewhat large area of missing and failing concrete top coat. We were unable to access the attached hot tub due to a lack of a railing. Otherwise I would recommend this home for your vacation pleasure. We will use Harborview Rentals in the future, without concerns or reservations. In fact, we have already booked for Christmas week!
