This perfect island vacation home is laid out over two levels with 2,650 sq feet of living space comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The first floor of this home has two living areas with ample seating and TVs in both rooms. The screen porch off of the back living room has beautiful views of the Turtle Point Golf Course. The kitchen is well stocked so you can enjoy all of your meals cooked at home if you prefer. A large refrigerator, a free-standing ice maker, gas range and a farmhouse style sink make this kitchen top notch. Right off the kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for 7. The primary suite is on this level with a king bed and private bathroom. There is an additional twin bed located in the room off the living room. This space has a door that leads to a small porch with views of the golf course.
The second level of the home offers two additional king bedrooms with private bathrooms. If youâre looking for a quiet corner to tuck away and read a book, there is a reading nook located at the top of the stairs right outside of one of the bedrooms on the second floor.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
