There are 2 flat screen TVs -1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom. Master bedroom includes two double beds that sleeps 2 in each bed plus a single bed. Living room couch has a sofa that converts to a sleeper. Extremely spacious for 6 adults and 1 child.

2. All units at Ocean Reserve are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises including the unit being rented.
3. Noise violations are taken seriously and your stay should never cause annoyance to the tenants around you.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances, service animals only – please advise prior to booking.
7. PARKING – Parking is limited to 1 vehicle at no charge in space and you will receive a parking pass upon check in. Any additional vehicle will require valet services at the prevailing rate. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
9. Housekeeping: THERE IS NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Resort fee $ 41.50 will be paid directly to Ocean Reserve upon check-in and will include 2 FOBS for access to the amenities.
