Spring Break

We had 7 of us on this trip. 5 kids ages 5-18. They had a great time in the pool, the basketball goal and fire pit. Plenty of room for all of us. Thank you!

Awesome!

We stayed with 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids (ages 7 and 9), and a dog and we all loved it and had more than enough space! The location was great, close enough to everything we wanted to do (20-30 min drive) but far enough away that the neighborhood was still quiet and relaxing. We went to the aquarium in downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood for 2 days, and spent a day in Pigeon Forge (mini golf, mountain coasters, and The Island). The location of the house was great for all those! The house was clean, communication with the host was quick, and check in and check out were easy. The kids loved the pool and the arcade games. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, the basketball hoop, and the fire pit outside was great to enjoy during the late afternoons/evenings. Plenty of space between neighboring houses to enjoy being outside and not feel like you’re bothering anyone. If you’re coming to the area this is a great rental, book it!

Great place with exceptional service….

Brought our family and both mother in laws and had a wonderful time. The location is packed full of amenities and Brad was exceptional to deal with. Anything you need or have questions about, Bad was always quick and very responsive. Truly a great vacation!!

Everything we Expected

We were very please with the property, location and accommodations. The property was close enough to everything but also provided the opportunity to get away from the busy areas. I really appreciated the responsiveness of Brad when we had questions. Thr hot tub and the pool were both big hits with everyone in the group.

Prime quiet location

We had the best time enjoying a quiet getaway to this new modern cabin community. The proximity to the endless amounts of activities in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge were perfect. Bonus, 2 minutes from grocery store! The hot tub, pools and arcades were great for the kids!

Last minute get-away

This was our first experience with VRBO. We had a wonderful time. The home was perfect for our family of 5, Mom and 4 teen/preteen girls. Close enough to go do tourist things, but far enough to get away from the busy areas. Ease of entry and leaving the property were excellent. I will never rent a hotel room again!

Beautiful Property

Great place to stay, convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Property was very accurate with pictures. Was awesome to be able to bring dogs with us. We enjoyed are week there and would definitely book again if we visit the area.

Smoky Mountain Home

My family really enjoyed this location. It was close to everything in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but without the noise. The house is laid out very well, and is perfect for a family.

Raleigh’s Retreat

While our stay was short, we enjoyed every feature of the cabin. The little ones had an absolute blast in the pool. We had fun playing the arcade games: kicking each other’s butts at Street Fighter and finding old games like Dig Dug and Galaga. We wish we found this place sooner, but we will definitely be back.

Nice and Relaxing

We had a wonderful time here! The small pool was nice and the hot tub was very relaxing. Close enough to drive to Pigeon Forge for activities there but far enough off the beaten path to feel secluded. Very nice and clean!

Not for those who are allergic to dogs

The location was great but the house needed some work. The house looked like it was built not long ago. It had bad box springs that when we laiddown on one side the bed felt like you were going to fall , like box spring was broken, on all of the beds, with exception of the bunk bed. The grass was high and the house needed major cleaning. I am allergics to dogs and the couch pillows and floors were full of dog hair. The hot tub waa nice, the pool room was ok. The cabin was nice, but since I suffer from severe allergies, the dust and pet hair all over the place, would make it hard for me to return. I hope this help and God Bless.
