As you step inside, you'll find a cozy master bedroom featuring a king bed. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, offering not one but two cozy full size beds to ensure maximum comfort for everyone.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern stainless steel appliances, making cooking a breeze. Whether you're preparing a quick beachside picnic or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips. The dining area, thoughtfully designed for six, is the ideal spot to gather and share delicious meals, laughter, and memories.

- The two Jacuzzi's at the Lower Pool are open and operating

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival arrival.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.


Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old (does not relate to kids staying with adults)

Washers and dryers are on the same floor. The laundry cards can be picked up at the front desk.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
