Welcome to the beautiful Villa Cape Escape! This contemporary retreat promises an enjoyable experience for you and all your guests, kiddos included!

Recently redone, natural light floods the interiors, creating a bright and airy feel and the modern neutral palette with cheerful pops of blue will make anyone feel right at home.

This property has a prime waterfront location and three beautifully appointed bedrooms with 2 baths, ensuring comfort and privacy for up to six guests. Each room is complete with plush bedding, premium linens, and state-of-the-art smart TVs for late night bingeing.

The heart of the home, the great room, invites you to stay just a little longer, where cozy seating areas create little pockets to enjoy your favorite book or movie. As a bonus, this Villa also has a great little hangout spot indoors (perfect for teens!), and is furnished with a pool table and another overstuffed seating area to relax in.

When you’re ready to step into the kitchen, you’ll find that it’s stocked with all the essentials. With modern appliances and an open layout, it’ll invite you to craft some tasty eats while enjoying the atmosphere in the great room.

Outside, the lanai unfolds into your own private oasis, where the pool sparkles with custom tile motifs right alongside the wide canal. You’ll find separate areas for dining, and lounging, and with a space as large as the one at Villa Cape Escape, you’ll always find a perfect spot to relax.

This rental also features a great dock with a boat lift, so feel free to bring along your boat. Don’t have a boat that’s ready to set sail? We’d be happy to arrange a rental of one of our vessels, delivered straight to your dock the day after you arrive.
