Beautiful Condo Upstairs 2BD/2BA - Travel Nurses by Hospital - W/D in unit!
SUPER CUTE CONDO IN THE WHITE MOUNTAINS! Washer / Dryer in Unit!
The Pines Condominium complex is next to the Show Low Theater in the White Mountains of Arizona. At 7,000 feet altitude the summer temperatures are in the 80's, a good 20-30 degrees lower than in Tucson and Phoenix. In the winter, for our SNOW enthusiasts, you are only a 40 minute drive to the Sunrise Ski resort!
The particular condo is across the parking lot from the clubhouse where the communal grill is located as well as the Laundromat. Two LG portable AC units have been added for summer comfort. Located on the second floor, there is an interior spiral staircase to the third level where the Master is located on in open loft.
This condo has been TOTALLY RENOVATED to be a very clean, bright, cheery, and updated space. The cathedral ceiling to the living space and kitchen make the condo seem much bigger than the 800 sq ft floor plan. The Master is a Queen bed with an en-suite full bath and open loft to the living area. The second bedroom is a twin over full bed with a full en-suite bathroom as well. The outside area in front of the door is just large enough for 2 chairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, looking out through the pines to the mountains. The condo currently does have an interior laundry and accepts dogs (only, no cats) for pet fee per stay.
Please check the pictures carefully, this unit is on the second floor with the outside stairs being metal grate. Inside, the spiral stairs to the Master are steep and not very wide, so it would be an effort to drag a big suitcase up there.
There are 2 Smart TVs with NETFLIX for streaming and SLING for local channels, log ins are in the Guest binder. The fireplace is wood burning (please remember to open the flue) and there is a pile of wood in the porch closet to the right, left is locked with cleaning supplies.
