Welcome to our newly renovated duplex, tastefully designed 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. Central location, 3-minute drive to MTSU. This cozy retreat offers an open living area with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and two chic bedrooms. There is one bathroom, with a washer and dryer. Located near MTSU, dining, shops, and local attractions, it's the ideal choice for business or leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Murfreesboro. Book your stay today!
As you step into the house, you walk into the living room and the kitchen. As you walk down the hallway, there is the single bathroom with the washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway are both bedrooms across from each other. They both have comfortable queen beds and smart t.vs.
*We are currently fencing in the backyard, but the other side of the duplex is being renovated and there is some construction debris on the other side of the duplex. It is not on this side, but can be seen.
Guests have access to the whole house. It is a duplex, so a wall is shared between the two units.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
