If you are looking for a villa for a perfect vacation with family or friends, choose the Horizon villa. A luxury villa with a swimming pool is located in the small town of RaĆŸanj, not far from the famous tourist destination, Rogoznica. If you are looking for a place to completely relax and enjoy away from the city noise, this newly built beauty will be the ideal choice.
Villa Horizon covers 140 square meters of interior space and can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Nicely decorated, this villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with a dining room for 6 people and a cozy living room. Here is also one bedroom with a bathroom en suite and a beautiful view of the garden and terrace. Through the open plan kitchen and living room is an exit to the terrace with the pool.A laundry room with a toilet is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two remaining bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with double king size beds, tv and air conditioning.
The exterior is just as impressive as the interior. We offer you a splendid house surrounded by greenery, by olive groves and gardens, in a location that will guarantee you privacy and above all relaxation. A swimming pool is at your disposal for refreshment on hot days. It is surrounded by deckchairs for carefree sunbathing. The covered terrace and grill guarantee an excellent al fresco dining experience. The area is completely fenced. Free private parking is provided within the villa.
