Välkommen till vårt hem hem!
Du välkomnas till en rymlig uteplats, som öppnar in i vardagsrummet. Det fullt utrustade köket leder till ett bekvämt familjerum, komplett med 55 "TV, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray-spelare och disk. Bekvämt sittplatser den stora sektionen som omvandlar till en queen size-bäddsoffa. Nedervåningen är komplett med en tvättmaskin / torktumlare och badrum.
På övervåningen hittar du en söt läshög med en dörr till övervåningen balkongen - en perfekt plats för tidigt morgonkaffe i solen! Det finns två sovrum, både med fönster luftkonditionering och takfläktar. Det främre rummet har en full säng och två våningssängar. Ryggstugan har en queen size-säng. Det finns också ett badrum som delas av båda sovrummen.
Komplexet har en innergård med sittplatser, ett täckt skydd och en halv basketplan.
Du är låt än en minuters promenad till en av de vackraste stränderna i Puerto Rico! Medan strandlinjen har förändrats lite efter Huricannes Irma och Maria i september 2017, är det fortfarande ett perfekt exempel på vad Puerto Rico har att erbjuda.
Staden Luquillo som ett antal små resutranter och kaféer - Boardriders, Cafe Lena, Cafe Aroma, El Flamboyan för att nämna några. Du kan gå till staden Plaza, och till mat, apotek och snabbmat. Det är en kort bilresa ner Rt 3 i öst till Fajardo och ett större köpcentrum. En kort bilresa västerut på Rt 3 tar dig till ingången till El Yunque - den fantastiska regnskogen.
Det finns mycket att se och göra i Luquillo och omger - varför inte vara baserad i ett förenligt familjehem i en liten familjestad?

Nice place close to the beach. Large Security Deposit.

Nice place 1/2 block from the beach.Clean. Big downstairs. Full kitchen. Living room. Full bath. Front porch. Upstairs 2 bedrooms. A/C. Comfortable beds. Upstairs porch. Full bath. Parking in front. TV. WIFI. Quiet area. Playa Azul is really nice. Not crowded. Beautiful sand. Warm water. Great waves for bogie board surfing. You can walk for quite a ways. Not a lot of restaurants or stores easily walkable, but I guess you could if you were motivated. Kiosks and Luquillo public beach would be maybe 20 minute walk Lots of things accessible with car. Everything was great except downstairs A/C was out. Host let me know one day before my visit. Significant security deposits required. Needed to remind host to return that one week after.

Very friendly neighborhood & safe

Hosts very communicative & pleasant. Townhouse spotless & plenty of dishes, pans etc Very comfortable & plenty of room There were no usable proper beach chairs or coolers. We borrowed from friends for the month Downside for us was beach @ end of street. We are water people-surf, sup, kayak, bodyboard & swim. This beach is treacherous, rip, chop etc. so we did have to travel for our water sports. The beach was safe perhaps one day/week to swim the month we were there. The municipal beach a mile away is wonderful- but understandably crowded all the time

Spacious, comfortable, close to everything

We loved our stay! All the amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay, everything in good working order, room to spread out for privacy and space for everyone to do what they'd like. Everything is close by - beach, bakery and several restaurants are steps away, and a multitude of other restaurants, bakeries, beaches, stores, bars, etc are a short drive or longer walk. Hosts kind and responsive. Great place!

Close to beach

We loved our stay. It was very close to the beach and grocery/restaurants. A/C was working in all rooms. It was hot and we were able to sleep comfortably. We are family of 5 and an extra bed would have worked perfectly for us.

Vacation 2023

Like many properties in Luquillo, the condo is dated; however, it is comfortable and in a great location. Half a block to the beach and a short drive to stores, the public beach, and places to eat. We enjoyed our extended stay (two months) and would go back.

Could have been better

The place was big & comfortable enough to stay at and the location was great . The beach was beautiful and only half block away from the apartment , Supermarkets , pharmacies , kiosks , and places to go shopping were all very near this location . However, the unit we rented was extremely outdated . Closet doors in one bedroom were broken , ceiling fans would tilt as they were turned on and running . Dressers in both bedrooms were so old that they needed replacement .One of the bathroom curtains’ rod got lose and fell ; it was difficult to keep in place and very annoying . We contacted manager on coffee pot that just exploded while brewing coffee , and also to let him know how the other coffee maker was found extremely filthy and seemed as if the rubber parts inside the coffee maker was full of bacteria . We also called owner on this issue , but neither person responded to our needs . I got the impression that no one cared . There was also a kitchen cabinet without a door at one end . Laundry area closets had no doors at the very top and everything that was stored inside that specific area could be seen .Window screens were very old and some damaged . Overall , it was a very comfortable spacious place , but the outdated condition of many details made the unit look very ghetto . Perhaps , I would have done better by far if I had rented an apartment in La Perla . Very upset about manager and owner ignoring us after leaving a phone message to the manager and after speaking to the owner of this place .

Everything you need steps from the beach

Property was as described and excellent. Communication with the host was great and directions were simple. Cozy and spacious interior space with nice patios upstairs and downstairs. Just a few steps from beautiful beaches. Neighborhood is friendly and safe and in great proximity to many attractions on the northeast side of the island. Cheers!

lots of space, good location for visits to Luquillo beach and El Yunque

This property is not new or fancy but it is very comfortable and spacious and the owners provided everything needed for 2 couples. It would also be great for families. The beach right by the condo is nice for walking but too rough for swimming. Luquillo beach is only a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away and has protected parking, good food and beverages, and bathrooms. It was not overly crowded during the week but I imagine that the weekend might be busier.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach

The house is well situated for enjoying the beach. We appreciated the hose on the front porch for washing the sand off our feet. Plenty of room to relax, two outdoor spaces to hang out it. The nightlife of Luquillo is nearby and El Junque is just a short drive away.

Great place to stay

Very clean condo with a great beach!! The Luquillo Beach is also nearby with all the shopping and restaurants in the kiosks. Would certainly stay again!!

Great place close to the beach

The apartment is very clean and spacious. The owner reply to you quick if you have any question. Also, is in a great location near the beach, el Yunque rainforest, carabali aventure park, the kiosks for great food and other good places. I’m definitely stay here when I come back to PR. Thank you so much Tea & Wilfredo for this beautiful and comfortable apartment.

Read this before booking

The night we arrived several beds didn’t have blankets and all the provided towels were wet. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms and no hand soap. That night we slept with the wet beach towels as blankets and had to make a late night run to the store for soap and TP. We contacted the host and they quickly gave us a partial refund, which we appreciated. They sent the house cleaner over with more blankets, but we were still left to provide our own TP, hand soap, and dish soap. Overall the house leaves a lot to be desired- it’s dirty and unorganized, it houses up to 8 but only has 3 bowls for people to use, and only part of the house has AC units that work. As was listed in a previous review, the second bedroom with the bunk doesn’t have a working AC unit so everyone that was supposed to sleep there ended up sleeping on the floor downstairs where the AC worked. The owners haven’t taken care of the problem like they said they would in response to the previous review. The bathrooms, especially the toilets and the showers, were dirty and had hair and pee stains on arrival. They look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The master bedroom doesn’t have a TV as described. The fridge and freezer are covered in rust and also don’t appear as though they've been cleaned in months. The cupboards are covered in dirt and dust, and some of the closet doors don’t work. Lots of junk everywhere. The beach across the street is NOT as pictured. It’s very dirty, covered in kelp, broken bottles, and weeds. We chose to drive to San Juan beaches multiple times because it was so dirty. It could be a great place if it was fixed up and cleaned, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Our guests are welcome to use whatever they find in the kitchen, and we encourage people to make their own meals and spend time eating out on the front porch. There is also a balcony off the upstairs reading room - a perfect place to sunbath, listen to the ocean or watch the stars!
