Beautiful, clean home!

We did a girls getaway for 3 nights. The house was new, clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions as well as quite delightful and friendly. I would totally recommend this home to explore St. Augustine as well as the beach!

Lovely Time

Beautiful home. Everything was wonderful from the comfort of the beds to the cleanliness of the house. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to the area. Even the neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, made for a great get-away.

Awesome vacation house

My sister and I took our 73 year old mother for her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is perfect for a getaway and very accommodating. It is close to downtown and the beach- basically anything you want to go do and see in St Augustine. Our host was great! Would highly recommend.

Cutest Girls Trip House!

This house was ADORABLE! Cant say enough good things about it. The decor and all the little details made the home! It was a short drive to downtown and the beach. Great location! The owners were very responsive as well. Will definitely keep in mind for future stays!

This home is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and in a great location. We appreciated the quick communication from the host Kristina. The hot tub was nice to relax in! We enjoyed our stay and hope to book again! A++

Relaxing vacation

Outstanding accommodations exceeded our expectations. The house is new construction so everything was nice and extremely clean and well appointed. Truly enjoyed the back porch view of the marsh and the various wildlife we saw. Hot tub was a nice feature for relaxing at night after sightseeing. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. We highly recommend this vacation home.

Couples weekend getaway

It was heartwarming to check in and get a message from the host to make sure we arrived safely. The accomodations were as the listing specified, rooms were spacious, bathrooms decorated beautifully, peaceful backyard. Everything was wonderful. The host responded to request immediately. Franchot and Kristina were awesome hosts! The house is beautiful, spacious, stylish, and squeaky clean. I am VERY picky with my vacation rentals and this was excellent. The hosts are very responsive. Tons of things are easily accessible by car and it’s at the end of a peaceful street. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. It was very thoughtfully curated and so appreciated.

Epic hidden gem, right close to all the action!

Beautiful new construction property. The modern open layout is ideal for entertaining and hanging out with friends and family during your getaway. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to WinnDyxie and Publix and a plethora of stores and eateries. Just blocks away from the ride-on/walk-on beach access. I don't think the location could be better! The home is very well furnished. Super clean, all the latest amenities. The backyard is semi-private and great for relaxing after a day of exploring or on the beach.
