Book this entire duplex which includes BOTH *The Cowbell Cabana* & *The Lakeside Lookout* units, which are each 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths for a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, and 2 living areas.
Each unit is self-contained but shares a wall, making it a great place to stay if you have extended family coming in town for MSU graduation, a sports event, or a big group of friends visiting for a wedding weekend and all need your private space, but want to spend time together and be close by!

The duplex sleeps 13, has four (4) bedrooms, four (4) full baths, two (2) half baths, two (2) full kitchens each fully stocked with cookware and serveware, and two (2) connected back decks overlooking the beautiful lake with outdoor tables and seating for eight (8).

The Cowbell Cabana Unit:
- 2 Bedrooms (Upstairs), Sleeps 6
- Master Bedroom has a King bed and en-suite full bath
- Guest Bedroom has two (2) Queen beds and an en-suite full bath
- Full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Ninja blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, plenty of cookware and serveware. There are also wine glasses, a pitcher, plastic and glass dishes.
- Dining table with seating for six (6)
- Outdoor deck with table and seating for four (4)
The Lakeside Lookout Unit:
- 2 Bedrooms (Upstairs), Sleeps 7
- Master Bedroom has a King bed and en-suite full bath
- Guest Bedroom has two (2) Full beds and one (1) Twin bed with an en-suite bath
- Full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Ninja blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, plenty of cookware and serveware. There are also wine glasses, a pitcher, plastic and glass dishes.
- Dining table with seating for six (6)
- Outdoor deck with table and seating for four (4)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire duplex, driveway, back patio, and common grassy area by the lake. Guests are free to fish, so be sure to bring your own fishing pole!

Starkville, MS is a very special place! Starkville, home to Mississippi State University, is one of the most laid-back, friendliest, relaxing college towns you'll ever visit! There is small town delight mixed in with the fun of an SEC college, with a bit of southern charm on top to make Starkville a wonderful place to visit. The duplex is located only 5 minutes to the entrance of the Mississippi State University campus entrance, making it an excellent place to stay when visiting for a sports event, graduation ceremony, or visiting your kids in college!

The duplex is situated on a small lake, providing beautiful relaxing water views from nearly every room. The back decks allow for peaceful back-porch-sittin while enjoying your morning coffee or sunset cocktail! This listing is for the entire duplex, two separate 2BR/2.5 BA units that share a wall but each have their own separate living, dining, back decks, and bedrooms making it a great place to stay when traveling with a large group or family!
