This upside down style Stone Harbor townhome sits in an excellent location walkable to the downtown district and a short walk to the beach. The open floor plan highlights 4 bedrooms 2 full baths one half bath and multiple outdoor decks. Experience views of both the bay and downtown Stone Harbor. Enjoy the ultimate convenience of parking your car and walking everywhere with ample off-street parking. The first floor features 3 bedrooms: a bunk bedroom, twin bedroom, and queen bedroom with a covered first floor deck for relaxing.
Going up the stairs, the second floor shows an expansive open floor plan for cooking, dining, and living. The upstairs deck with bay views is accessed from the living area and is spacious for dining or just relaxing as you watch the sunset. The third level deck has views of the water and downtown Stone Harbor.
A master bedroom on the second floor has its own private deck and full ensuite bathroom. Full renovations to the kitchen baths and decks have been completed.
