Did not meet expectations
I really wish I could say better things about this location, but unfortunately that’s not the case. The toilet leaked and didn’t flush properly, this was communicated the first day we were at the property, and the water had a metallic smell, which left you feeling unclean. The one plug outlet in the living room didn’t work… There were no items such as hand towels or area rugs in the entire home, and there was still egg shells in the sink and leaves from outside?! There was also an overwhelming smell from a plug in which begs the question, what are you trying to cover up? The listing also did not state that it was part of another unit and the other tenants were very loud.
The countertops were dirty, and had rice and other bits of food on the countertops leftover from the previous renter.
There was no direction provided from the property managed for how to check in and out of the property. The listing stated there was a washer and dryer on premises, but we didn’t find it.
The beds still had plastic on the mattresses, which is just odd. I get that you want to protect the mattresses but they have covers for that.
Even though the listing was fairly inexpensive, there was much left to be desired, which is very unfortunate. Plus the fact that you pay a fee for cleaning and nothing seemed to be “cleaned” is just gross.
