Vackra Sea Trail Golf Villa - Nära till stranden

Våra två sovrum, två badrum första våningen villa en home away from home. Det ligger på den 10: e fairway på Willard Byrd Golf Course på Sea Trail Golf Resort. Du kan sitta på Bevakat och titta på golfare tee off och putt. Soluppgången från verandan är helt underbar och gör hela dagen glad när du ser det. Champions är de enda enheter på Sea Trail utväg att ha sin egen pool, som ligger bara några steg utanför dörren.

Villan, med sin unika planlösning, har tillräckligt med utrymme att alla kan få sin egen tid. Huvuddelen har sovrum med TV, badrum, fullt utrustat kök och vardagsrum / matrum med TV. Det andra sovrummet är en svit i sig med två fulla sängar, badrum, kök (w / full kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och handfat), och soffhörna med TV.

One of the best!

Condo was super clean/organized and close to shopping, food, and beach. The best part was the layout. My teen had her “own place”. We loved it and will be back again!

Everything you could possibly need

The property was as listed and very well appointed. Kitchen, bathroom and pantry closets and drawers were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay without multiple trips to stores to get little things we needed.Check in process was seamless and communication with owner and cleaning service was very good. It was a positive to actually deal with an owner and not just a property management company.

A Perfect Stay

Enjoyed our stay

This beautiful condo had all the comforts of home. Very clean and kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable and linens were of very good quality. Mini suite was perfect for our friends - shared mealtime and daytime activities with complete privacy at night. Contacting manager and owner was easy with very prompt return calls. Most meals were at Calabash, where seafood is always delicious. Would definitely recommend this condo and will rent again when we vacation on Sunset Beach.

With over 100 vacation rental stays through the years, this one is by far is the best one yet. This unit is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay and I do mean everything. From the coffee maker, utensils to cookware this rental has it all. The owners truly have thought of everything to make your stay stress free, comfortable and enjoyable. The first floor location is perfect, park your vehicle and wheel your luggage straight into the unit. Easy entry / exit every time you leave and return, no stairs or waiting on the elevator. The screened-in porch is perfect for you to enjoy your morning coffee, relax and watch golfers make their approach to the 16th green. The living room has ample, comfortable seating and the large TV is perfect for family movie night. Book this unit, you will not be disappointed.

Great Place!

We love Sunset Beach and Calabash! This room was perfect for us and it was very clean with all amenities needed. Would highly recommend. Great hosts and very easy process. Would stay here again!

Everything we Needed!

Daughter was getting married on the beach needed accommodations for 81 yr old grandma on ground level! 100% satisfied our needs! When we arrived it was like walking into a totally set up home every thing we needed to provide a wedding dinner! If I forgot it the villa had it! We throughly enjoyed our our stay!

Great property

My family loved staying at this Sea Trail Villa. There are so many nice things to mention. The cleanliness, the comfortable mattresses, the convenient location and the pool. The most remarkable thing that I wish all rental properties would learn is that that there were two empty shelves in the pantry! A place to put our groceries so we could use the counter to cook! The attention to detail in providing useful items was much appreciated.

Our family started vacationing at Sunset Beach in 1976. It is an annual family tradition that has grown over the years as the family expanded. My parents bought a lot in Sea Trail and retired to the community from Virginia. After years of living in Charlotte, NC we moved to Denver, CO. We purchased our condo in the Champions so we could spend more time at Sunset Beach with our families. Thanks to a more flexible work environment today we are able to enjoy the condo more and work remotely here on a regular basis.

The condo is truly our home away from home and we take great pride in it's furnishings, supplies and comforts. We have our Property Manager in Sea Trail and our excellent private cleaner does an outstanding job (see all the review comments). We are continuously making updates to the unit. The location, amenities and price make our unit a great choice for your vacation.

The layout is ideal for golfers, girls weekends or family time. The setup allows for enjoying time together or having private spaces. The unit is large and spacious at 1262 sq ft. We have all the supplies you need for a long weekend or a months long rental.
