There are 5 suites (1 ground floor) with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, living room and full kitchen! In the outdoor area there is a large swimming pool and gourmet space with barbecue, pizza oven and brewery.

In addition to everything the space offers, it also has an elevator for people with mobility difficulties, a ground floor suite, also accessible, providing the greatest comfort and accessibility!

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate. Reservations over 30 nights will be charged consumption;

***A deposit of R$2.000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

Praia Bella is one of the recently opened condominiums in Praia do Forte. There you can enjoy an incredible lagoon bordered by a cycle path, not to mention the high-end club with swimming pools, bar, party room, barbecue area, gym, 2 tennis courts, football and beach volleyball court, pet space, children's space, landscaping and a modern security system. There is also a van service to the village, on weekends between 6:30 pm and 1 am.
