Beautiful oceanfront condo with direct ocean view. Split floor plan. Spacious and recently renovated. This property will truly feel like your own home on the beach and make you never want to leave! There is a self check in for ultimate privacy, and the apartment will be set up to welcome you. This apartment can provide for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. A quick elevator ride will get you on on the pool deck which is just a few steps away from the sand. Hollywood beach is a smaller city and one of the lesser known gems in South Florida. Many attractions are near by such as the Hollywood Broadwalk, Gulfstream Shops and Casino, many restaurants along the Intercoastal waterwaer, and the nearby and world renowned Aventura Mall. Start your day with the smell of the ocean, and end your evenings with the cool nights breeze. You will absolutely love the experience!

There is a brief registration process which must be done for each guest and a parking fee for the building. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Great location - close to the diplomat

The condo was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen items. The balcony had a great view, and the master bedroom window faced the ocean, giving a great view of the sunrise. The pool area could use a few more chairs. It is easy walking distance to the Diplomat for anyone attending a conference at their conference center. The only negative was the check-in / check-out. Long lines are very time-consuming, so plan appropriately.

Magnificent view

Apartment was spacious. Would benefit if the second bedroom had 2 beds to comfortably fit 4 people. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen accessories and beach accessories. Sofas are badly stained, a few dining chairs are cracked and covered up with cushions. Patio furniture also broken. Definitely needs a refresh.

Beautiful Sunrise Condo

We came with a group of friends and all stayed at The Tides and it was in a great location, right on the ocean with a few pools also. Our condo was very clean, stocked with everything you could need and very quiet! The only minor setback was having to do laundry in the laundry room vs. the condo itself. Also check out the Ride Circuit app. It will bring you to the Broadwalk for cheap and you don’t have to fight the traffic!
