We were impressed with the Halloween activities and particiption with decorations. The mobile home was clean, new appluances. Disappointed with ants .

Urban cowboy

We loved our stay over this Christmas weekend at the urban cowboy! We had so much fun with their rental, the sunporch was the perfect hangout space for all of our family! And the location of the trailer was perfect! Definitely recommend! Can’t wait to come back!

River ranch

Had a great time at the River Ranch home with the family. The house is well maintained and had all of the accommodations we needed. The host made herself easily available for us. Thank you!

Great stay

River ranches is a great place for family and friends. We always book multiple units with friends and our kids enjoy being there as a large group. The neighborhood is safe and there is plenty to do for kids and adults. This unit was spacious, clean, close to the pool and well equipped. In the past we always rented an rv lot and I was disappointed not to find one this year. I thought I was settling g when we rented this prefabricated home, but, we actually found it more convenient and comfortable. The children have access to all the same activities and the adults have more space and comfort. This turned out to be an enhancement to our prior experiences at river ranch.

Central heat and ac inside did not work after first day. It was super cold in the evening and mornings so we had to bundle up, we had family staying down the street in another lot, we likely would have left a couple days early if not. We paid a lot for 5 days and it not being fixed, we had a portable heater dropped off but it kept tripping the circuit so we had to just bundle up tent style. The house concept was cool and unique and the decor was great but it just wasn’t up to par for the price paid. The house was quite Dusty and dead ants on dishes so I rewashed all dishes in house and dusted everything The backyard was also in need of at minimum a leaf blow, we cleaned the grill for an hour before using it. We come to river ranch a few times a year and we’re disappointed with the accommodations this stay

Great Spot

First time stay in a manufactured home but all was functional and as advertised . Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood Easy golf cart or bike ride to River Ranch activities
