Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: New sink and bath floor, liked it! New faucet in bath and kitchen. Would it be even better if continued with upgrades.Only there is a bit dirty on bedsheets.

Das Appartment ist ziemlich dunkel, das Mobiliar altmodisch und ziemlich verbraucht. Die KĂŒchenausstattung gut. Terrasse war sehr schmutzig, wenig einladend. Wegen der steilen Treppen ungeeignet fĂŒr Ă€ltere Menschen und Kinder.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Glacier Reach is a great location. 1 bed room 1 bath great for couple's retreat.This location is close to the Fresh Street Market. This was a staycation for us, we are from BC Lower Mainland. Don't know why they think we are from Seattle.if you have more than 3 people, then it's best to rent a 2 bed room.Washroom is quite dated and needs alot of work, from tiles to toilet.

The home was exactly what we needed and had all the amenities. The hot tub was a plus as well. The kids spent a ton of time in there. Free parking was a bonus. We got there early and I called Trevor to see if we could check in a bit early. He said no problem. This got us off to a great start...

Disappointing and Didn’t reflect the high rating on

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This large complex is in need of major upgrading. It looks like there are mostly permanent residents living here. On arrival, you have to drag your bags up 2 flights of stairs to reach the bedroom. The decor is tired and the carpet was gross, more like student accomodation. We were disappointed to pay so much for a place that resembled a lodge/ youth hostel. We were woken up each night at 3:30am to what sounded like the spa heater kicking into life the racket would last 1 minute. I emailed the owner, who was able to suggest we flick the fuse box switch to turn the spa off, no apology. We arrived at 10:30pm at night and had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. I emailed the owner and he replied we don’t make up sofa beds so the sheets stay clean. Wouldn’t have been too difficult to make up one of the 2 beds for your guests, again no apology. This place is over rated, would not recommend. There are much better more modern and clean places to stay.

Condo is outdated and a lot of stairs. Tv downstairs cut in and out. A lot of noise from condos alongside you. Location was good. Hot tub quite and relaxing.

We were able to get a hold of Sarah, the resort onsite person, to assist us. She went beyond to take care of us, which after our travel was very grateful. We ran into her thru out our stay, and she was very friendly and asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything.

Decent

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place, but we received the email with instructions a couple of weeks before the trip, and by the trip date, we couldn't find the email and didn't know how to get into our suite. Nobody answered when I called either. We did finally get in and the place in fairly big. The TV had some issues though and kept freezing. The bathroom is all the way on the top floor, and the top floor patio definitely could use a good clean. The hot tub was nice, but kind of dirty inside and the cover was broken. We did love how private the hot tub was though. And the parking lot spots were so freaking tiny! Took us 5-10 mins each time we tried to park because other cars were over the lines in almost all the spots. All in all, I would stay again, but only if it's cleaned a bit better, the TV is fixed, and we don't park in the garage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic property and great location (walking distance to the village and across the street from a grocery store). Enclosed balcony hot tub definitely made the rainy days enjoyable! Hot tub being off the main bedroom might be a bit loud for some at night while it maintains the temperature (I slept through but my partner was less fortunate). Can’t wait to visit again!
