Great spot

We used this place as a hub for exploring central and western PR and it was great. Easy amenities right close by, with restaurants and the walkable beach. Would stay again.

What a beautiful spot!! Great house. Wonderful back patio to sit& enjoy breakfast. Close to the wedding venue that we were going to. Easy communication. Any questions were answered promptly. Thank you so much! We hope to come back!

Peaceful, clean.

Everything was fine, but far away from San Juan and hated the traffic. We saw a dead roach though - else everything was fine.

Excellent Property Manager

Communication + ✅ Concerned Property Manager +✅ Damaris was absolutely fabulous from the very beginning of the process. He was very very fast and efficient with his responses throughout. There was a beautiful basket of goodies waiting for us in the kitchen. Beautiful outside area with comfy patio furniture. I got covid from the plane ride and was stuck in the house. Damaris showed me more kindness and concern than my roommates. He was going to go so far as deliver me food, if needed. I have rented many places through VRBO and his place is exactly as described. As a property manager of his own property, he was the fastest responder and also most conscientious and the concerned for the welfare of the renters. Thank you, Damaris. You’re a kind human.

The house was spotless offered towels and looked as good as pics if not better. Host was easy to reach, accessing the home was easy. Location was ideal, close to beach and restaurants, supermarket, etc. I would absolutely stay again!

Great home for the family

The location of the home is just a 15 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is gated and many shops are close by.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Family of 6 stayed for 9 days. Walking distance to the beach and Embassy Suites. Perfect for a small family. Very clean and fresh. Gated community, so, had to check in with the guard every single time we went through the gate, and also no remote control for garage door, which made it kind of a hassle, lol. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Overall a great stay, only 30 minutes from San Juan! Would love to stay there again.

This three bedroom, two bathroom is perfect for families. Well priced gated property. Located close to the beach, restaurants and close access to the expressway. The property has everything you need if you decide to eat in.Highly recommend to anyone looking not worry about their stay.

Perfect Family Getaway in a Beautiful Gated Community!

Our stay at this property was amazing! The house was spotless and perfect for a family getaway. The host was thoughtful and provided beach chairs and beach towels, which made our trips to the beach even more convenient. The location is fantastic—situated in a beautiful gated community, offering both security and peace of mind.
