Great place to stay!

The property amenities are great. Awesome pools. There is a small store and great restaurant on property.

It was a nice room for the rate. Mattress for pullout couch was very old and should be replaced.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location and good room for the price.

Beautiful Vacation Spot

The Princesa is a beautiful vacation destination. The room was very spacious and clean. The Cantina and store on the resort are amazing...the food and prices were spectacular! Definitely recommend.

Place was clean and had what was needed. Ocean view was beautiful, but pigeons kept hanging out on balcony and pooped on cloth chairs. We tried to turn on outside light to deter pigeons, but light doesn't work. Scared thd heck out of me when i opened the door in the evening. Tv in bedroom doesn't work, unless its only for dvds. Still enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the beach and pool.

Fall vacation

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property. The unit is an older one but still maintains appeal. I am giving it four stars because a few of the cabinets would benefit from a deep cleaning and corrosion in the dryer makes it less desirable for use.

We had an amazing time! Week I went with my husband and my 6 & 1 year old boys. there are three pools and the one in the center is heated.the beaches walking distance which I loved! they have a restaurant there with lots of options so we really didn't need to leave to eat.take some beach towels because the hotel does not provide any.

Great place for the price

You get what you pay for. If you’re not high maintenance this property is perfect! It has everything you can need and is in the perfect location. The only thing wrong was the kitchen sink barley worked unless you pull it down and the shower made a screaming noise when you were in there lol! Other then that the property was great !!

Would stay at a CasaGo property again

I will start by saying that this is the cleanest property we have ever stayed at when renting from VRBO. It was literally spotless. The mattress wasn't the best and the fully stocked kitchen left something to be desired. I don't expect there to be food or spices but it didn't even have shot glasses and every knife in the knife block was a steak knife except for a bread knife. Otherwise the property was excellent. The heat worked great and they even supply bottled water. I would definitely stay at a CasaGo property again.

The property was old. The bathroom door would not close completely. The only night that we spend, we notice that the bed sheets were not change because their was hair on the bed. I also wanted to have visitors for the day and the property manager refuse for us to have company. Overall I had a really bad experience and this will be the last time I stay at this place. I have stay at other condos and never had any problem.

Outdated Condo

This condo is very outdated. The washer and dryer are from the 90s maybe early 2000s if that. The inside of the dryer looked as if it had caught fire a couple of times. The refrigerator kept going out, our food spoiled. When we called the front desk she kept telling us someone would be up to check it but no one ever came, after 3 trips to the front desk and a call to casago they finally sent someone up just to tell us that some experts had gone up and the refrigerator was working fine. How could it be working, if all our food was hot and had spoiled at that point? The bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel the bed springs poking our backs. The tv in the room is so tiny and does not work unless you take a movie to watch on a VHS player or a DVD. The utensils in the kitchen were so cheap, I had a very hard time cooking or cutting any vegetables/fruits. On check in they say they do a 62 point inspection of the room but the light on top of the stove did not work. The remote in the living room was broken, but was not noted in the inspection. I spoke with the front desk to let her know we were not the ones that had cracked the remote, instead of being helpful she said she had to verify with the person who did the inspection to confirm it had been broken and she would give me a call in the morning. I never received a call. By far the worst experience I have experienced in Rocky Point, I do not recommend staying in this unit until condo has been remodeled.

Perfect view

A lovely small condo in an excellent location on the beach. The staff [security, landscaping, and cleanning crew] were top notch. It is a bit of a jaunt to get into town but the roads are well laid out. Good services with pools and a hot tub, BBQs, and the glorious beach all right there! A fabulous Colin's Cantina in the complex that serves delicious tacos. Felt well looked after and safe for the 10 days we were there. Highly recommend. The only unfortunate aspect was that an owner on the ground floor of this complex allows her 3 dogs to use the shared lawn space as a bathroom facility 4 to 5 times a day - often not picking up the droppings. It is pretty disgusting as she doesn't seem to notice that guests are using that lawn, and that often it is small children who are barefoot.

Sparkling condo

Everything worked well in the clean condo. We had no Osiris and a great view to pools and some sea. We will go back again .

Amazing stay!

My wife and I have never stayed at this resort prior to this last minute excursion we booked to be with friends for new years. I will not stay anyplace else from now on! The staff was friendly from the very beginning all the way to check out! The staff even helped me suprised my wife with an in room delivery of flowers!
