We are so happy that you enjoyed the island and the house! Please feel free to message me here through vrbo with more detailed feedback regarding arrival and departure issues. We certainly want to address anything that needs attention so that your stay is everything that you had hoped for. Golf carts are our main transportation on the island but they are not meant for sand and constant exposure to salty air so we are constantly performing maintenance on them. I am glad that our property managers were able to promptly provide you with another cart. Thanks again for staying with us at Rainbows End and we hope to have you back sooner than later.
