We love staying at Princesa. The beach is never too crowded, even when the resort is sold out. My kids played for hours each afternoon on the sandbars. The weather was perfect each day.
The condo is very clean, although there was some dog hair in the bed sheets. The kitchen has most of the cookware you should need, bring your own salt and things like that. We were able to purchase salt from the convenience store downstairs, however. They have many miscellaneous items available for purchase.
I would probably stay in this actual condo again, although there were a few small inconvenient things. Everyday when housekeeping does their laundry downstairs, a very strong sewage smell comes from the laundry room in the condo. It doesn't last very long and clears out alright when you open the windows. When people in the upstairs unit use their bathrooms or showers, a different sewage smell comes from the master bathroom.
The walls and floors in the building are very thin. We stayed Wed-Sun over Thanksgiving weekend. On both Friday and Saturday night, we were awoken by neighbors coming home at 2:00 am. The upstairs neighbors came home and made noise for hours, keeping us all awake. The room with the bunkbeds has a window looking out to the walkway between units. There were so many people coming home and being so loud while walking back to their rooms. I'm sure they woke up anyone who was sleeping in any unit they passed. I realize this is something that might be hard to get around on weekend nights.
Lastly, the hair dryer doesn't work. I reached out to Casago to let them know, they did tell me they tried to find another one for me but there weren't any available.
