Unwind in our large living area featuring a cozy sectional and plenty of seating, perfect for gathering. Enjoy the warmth of the indoor fireplace or take in the view of the surrounding forest through large sliding glass doors leading to the deck. For some indoor fun, head to the game room equipped with arcade games and foosball.


Kitchen
Prepare your favorite meals in the open concept kitchen, complete with granite countertops, bar seating, and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. Access the deck directly from the kitchen for an easy outdoor dining experience.


Outdoor Space
Our spacious outdoor area offers a deck with comfortable seating, a grill for those BBQ nights, a hot tub, and a fire pit with lots of seating to gather around under the stars. Enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding woodland from your private outdoor haven.


Bedrooms
-1st Bedroom: Sleep comfortably in the first bedroom featuring two double beds.
-2nd Bedroom: Cozy queen bed for a relaxing night's sleep.
-3rd Bedroom: Enjoy the spacious room with a king bed and large TV.
-4th Bedroom: Offers a comfortable king bed for a restful night.
-5th Bedroom: Retreat to the fifth bedroom featuring a king bed and large TV.

Guest Access:
All our homes are accessible via smart lock, you will receive details the morning of check in.

Getting Around:
We strongly recommend rental vehicles, however Uber and Lyft may be available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: over the garage and facing the backyard.

3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
