Villa Belle Paradise â Tropical Retreat in Cape Coral
Villa Belle Paradise offers approximately 2.150 sq ft of living space, providing everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with palms and blooming plants, the villa is perfect for unwinding. The nearby Rosen Park is just a short walk away.
The spacious pool area, accessed through large sliding doors, is fully equipped for outdoor living. A glass table with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, and a Jen Air grill await you for delicious BBQ evenings. The heated pool offers a refreshing swim after a day of exploration. There's also a convenient pool bathroom.
The villa features a terrace along the canal, ideal for fishing or docking your rental boat. In just about 10 minutes, youâll reach the Caloosahatchee River, giving you access to explore the nearby islands and beaches of Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach.
Inside, the villa boasts a spacious layout with a living room, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom, two dining areas, and another living room with a TV. The modern kitchen includes a pass-through to the terrace for convenient indoor-outdoor dining.
