Vårt 2 sovrum och 1 badrum Coach House erbjuder lyxigt boende på 2 våningar för upp till 7 gäster. Denna nya Coach House är helt fristående och byggd till högsta standard med miljövänliga material.
Vårt boende är idealiskt för par som söker rymligheten i vårt boende, familjer med barn (vi har babyutrustning, leksaker och en barnvänlig trädgård med sluten trampolin) och större grupper som vill resa tillsammans.
Vår enhet har en privat uteplats med grill.
Vårt grannskap ....: Kitsilano, allmänt känt som "Kits" är en av Vancouver premiärkvarter och ligger på stadens västra sida. Det är gränsat till norr av två stränder, Kitsilano och Jericho Beach och är hem för två distinkta kommersiella områden. Den första ligger längs Broadway mellan Larch och Blenheim gator, bara några steg från Avalon Guest Suite, medan den andra ligger längs fjärde Ave mellan Balsam och Burrards gator.
Kitsilano är ett utmärkt kvarter att utforska till fots, med sina många underbara affärer och restauranger samt parker och stränder.

"Vi besökte Vancouver i fyra dagar med våra två söner, åldrade en och fyra, och ville ha en bekväm plats i ett bra stadsdel. Avalon Guest Suite var perfekt. Lägenheten är bekväm och ren, och platsen är stor. Det ligger på en charmig, trädkantad gata med en kort promenad från affärerna på Broadway. ~ DA

"Älskade denna ljusa, vackert inredda sviten. Det ligger i ett bra säkert område, inom gångavstånd från allt du någonsin behöver ... och mer. Vi var där i oktober och lönnträdarna vred sina underbara färger.
Avalon Coach House ligger på en lugn trädkantad gata i Kitsilano, men bara några steg från affärer, restauranger och enkla direktförbindelser till centrala Vancouver och UBC. Det finns över 30 olika restauranger och kaféer belägna inom 2 kvarter av boendet! Vi är också inom gångavstånd till flera vackra stränder.

Amazing hosts and home

We had an incredible experience staying here. Julia and Cormac went above and beyond to make our family comfortable and help us get settled in. The coach house is immaculate, charming, and every last need is thoughtfully provided for. The location turned out to be one of our favorite spots in Vancouver- a beautiful, walkable neighborhood with a fantastic vibe. This was one of our best stays ever- truly a magical combination of a beautiful place and incredibly warm and kind hosts.

The Perfect Vancouver Stay

This has to be the best place to stay in Vancouver! The Coach House is on a quiet street in Kitsilano, which was a neighbourhood we instantly fell in love with. Broadway is literally a 3 minute stroll away with good coffee and eating options (Purebread was a highlight!) and a large Safeway. We were there when the local farmers market was on and again - a pleasant 15 minute walk away. Parking next to the Coach House was appreciated but there was always plenty of free, unrestricted street parking. The inside of the Coach House was actually better then the photos! The downstairs was spacious, tasteful and spotless. The nice surprise was that the two bedrooms and bathroom were much larger then the photos show - again, beautifully done with comfortable beds and high quality linens. The kitchen had everything you would need. Communications prior and during our stay with Julia were fantastic. We can't recommend the Coach House more highly - stay here - you won't be disappointed.

Private space in perfect location

Our family loved staying at Julia and Cormac's Coach House. It was nice having an entire building to ourselves so our kids could be kids without worrying whether they were bothering anyone above or below us. The Coach House's custom designs were charming and a marvel of efficiency. We especially liked the comfort and simplicity of heated flooring. The location offers easy access to the huge variety of restaurants and shops on Broadway. By "easy" I mean a 5-minute walk along pleasant tree-lined streets. You can even pick and choose grocery stores with equally pleasant walks to Safeway or Choices market. Julia and Cormac are very on top of things so communication regarding check-in/out and other details was a breeze. Great experience all-around.

Great stay in Kitsilano

Spent 6 nights at this well located Laneway house. The property is close to the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with many shops and restaurants. The home was well equipped for our needs and the hosts were responsive to our inquiries. I definitely recommend this property.

Perfect stay!

We stayed at the Coach House during drop off of our first year student at UBC. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the location which was within wonderful walking distance to dining, shopping and grocery. We also enjoyed easy driving access to UBC and downtown Vancouver. On street parking was always accessible for our larger vehicle. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Having a kitchen/refrigerator made it easy to have light breakfasts, restaurant leftovers and snacks. We loved our time in Kitslano and will be back!

Recharge At This Private Oasis

I came to Vancouver for some appointments, and ended up with a mini-vacay. For those who prefer less hustle and bustle just outside the city, access to many wonderful shops and restaurants, and pet-friendly beaches, Kits is the spot for you! This cozy home had all I needed and more to unwind after a few days of meetings. The hosts were extra accommodating to make sure our stay was relaxed. My dog had a blast at all the off-leash areas as well. Can't say enough about it. I will definitely be bringing my guests here for any future holidays! I highly recommend Jericho Beach, especially Spanish Banks, Hadden Beach, Nook Restaurant, SushiTonTon, Maria's Taverna, Brioche Cafe in GasTown, and the Celtic Treaure Chest.

Superb!

Location can’t get any better. Clean property with all of the amenities you could need. Julia was amazing to deal with and the property was beautiful, relaxing and clean. We had our 3 kids with us and having the laundry and full kitchen was handy. Parking was never an issue also. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location & home for a week!

My family of 6 (ages 11-42) just stayed here for the week. The location was excellent. We found a lot to do and were within about 20 minutes in all directions of Stanley Park, multiple beautiful beaches and a lot of restaurants and sights to see. Julia was a pleasure to deal with during check in, thruout our stay & check out. She provided us with beach towels upon request which was great for our days at the beach. The house is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and felt like home. Beds were comfortable & pictures are exactly what you get! We were able to park on the street as we had a large suv and were always able to find a spot no problem. There is a parking stall at the house which would fit a regular car or small suv. Beautiful neighbourhood all around. Thank you so much to Julia & Mike. Beautiful property. We HIGHLY recommend Mi Casa Mexicana on Burrard. We went there twice for dinner! Wonderful & Authentic.

Great property and location

This is the second time we have stayed at this property together with our dog. Well-located and nicely decorated and maintained laneway home. Quiet, yet close to busier streets with lots of amenities. We will be back.

Perfect

This is a lovely coach house in a fantastic location in Kitsilano. We had our dog with us and felt safe walking her in the area at all hours. The unit is bright and clean and was well stocked with towels and linens. Beds were comfy and everything worked. It’s clear this home is well cared for. We would love to stay here again next time.

Wish we were still there

Julia and Mike went the extra mile. Efficient use of square footage. Beautifully constructed. Super clean. It had everything we needed. A few steps from all the shopping we needed: food, haircuts, banking. restaurants, parks, the ocean only 10 short blocks.

Exceeds Expectations

The property is just as described with a great location. I was very sick during my stay and spent far more time in bed than I would have liked. Thank goodness for a comfy bed and lots of pillows. The place is well stocked, lots of towels, and everything needed in the kitchen. I will stay here again.

Home away from home

We loved our stay in the coach house. We had a nice little family dinner one night and it was so comfortable. Julia was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great walkable neighbourhood.

Kitsalano for a week..

This is a nice little property in a good location. We walked most everywhere. Close to Broadway and 4th where all the Kits action is. The home was good. We might stay again.

Fabulous lane home !

The place was absolutely perfect. It felt like home and the owners are always there to assist if you have any questions. We enjoyed every minute and had a wonderful thanksgiving with our daughters who live here ... now back to Calgary and the snow :(
