Your secluded paradise is a beachgoer's dream thanks to five beaches being under 25 miles away, as well as the provided beach gear, which includes towels, chairs, an umbrella, kids' life jackets, a cooler, sand toys, fishing poles, a bait bucket, and rod holders. Golf enthusiasts will love the plethora of golf courses available in the area, all accessible after a short drive. The numerous local parks offer scenic strolls and picnic spots. Several airports are within a 90-mile radius, making it easy to fly in or pick up relatives and friends to join you.

Return to a redecorated and remodeled house sporting new floors, a new kitchen, new central air-conditioning, and a new heater. The split floor plan allows guests to have the privacy they desire while still being able to socialize together in the living area. However, why stay inside when a screened lanai boasts its own pool and pool spa out back? Go for a refreshing dip or lounge on the furniture there while admiring the lush greenery and embracing the warm Florida air. The baby gate around the pool ensures even the smallest guests can join you!

The full kitchen has everything the group chef needs to whip up culinary masterpieces everyone can enjoy at the dining table. If you're feeling productive, the desk serves as a great place to catch up on remote work. For more recreational activities, the garage is becoming a game room in November 2023 and will include a Ping-Pong table, a foosball table, air hockey, and things the kids will enjoy such as card games, board games, and puzzles!

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
