Seven Seas is a charming, modern oasis steps from the sand & sea on the quieter North end of Tybee Island. Lighthouse Point is a gated complex with great private amenities including 3 beach accesses, 3 pools, and tennis/pickleball courts!
Seven Seas has been thoughtfully renovated, leaving no detail spared. You'll feel right at home watching the ships go by right from the balcony! Enjoy walking/biking access to several local restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby.
The condo has two en-suite bedrooms, each featuring queen-sized beds and a full-sized futon couch bed in the living room. The unit is located on the third (top) floor with side views of the ocean from the balcony that can be accessed via the master bedroom and living room. The condo has modern amenities throughout, including remote-controlled ceiling fans, highspeed wi-fi, a SmartTV with access to Hulu Live TV and other streaming apps, and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll find many at-home comforts such as condiments, coffee/tea, cleaning supplies, and every-day use items for your convenience. Every detail has been considered to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
An assortment of communal beach gear is also available for your use.
New in 2023! Seven Seas now features an electric four-person golf-cart available at a steeply discounted rate for guests only!
There are 2 parking spaces assigned to the unit. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the complex. The condo is on the third (top) floor and there is no elevator.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
After spending about 15 years visiting Tybee Island, I finally made Seven Seas Home. I love the North end of Tybee for the quietness, vast open beaches, and simple pace. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and plenty of activities make this part of Tybee easy to fall-in-love with!

This unit underwent a full gut renovation. I work hard to create a cozy, inviting, unique, and functional space that not only I enjoy, but that I have been grateful to host over 130 guests reservations through Airbnb with a Superhost status!
