Located just 13 minutes from Sunday River, 16 minutes from the Mt Abram Ski Area & Bike Park and just 5 minutes from the Inland Woods and Trails access points, adventure awaits you! Bethel downtown is just a 5 minute drive away. Visit the Gemini Bakery and Cafe for homemade pastries and delicious coffee choices!

Beautiful Ski House

Everything in the home was brand new, clean, and modern. The place met all expectations and was as large as it appears in pictures. Emily was incredibly responsive both during the booking process as well as during our stay. Easy 15ish min drive to the ski lodge. Would highly recommend both the home and Emily.

Beautiful, well stocked home

This property was a beautiful, new build home with amazing scenery and privacy. There was a great amount of space and the decor was modern, stunning and well put together. I must say the home was well stocked with all of the essentials (lots of kitchen supplies and plenty of towels) which was a huge plus! Central AC was a great feature as well during these hot summer months. My family and I enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would definitely stay at this property in the future and highly recommend.

A Tranquil Retreat for Family and Friends

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming new construction house! Two bathrooms were stocked with towels, making our stay incredibly convenient and all bathrooms were also stocked with some toiletries. With plenty of rooms and space, our family and friends felt right at home. The view is breathtaking and the serene ambiance surrounding the property is a highlight. Also the hot tub is a huge plus. Communication with the owner/manager was a breeze - they were incredibly easy-going and attentive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. This VRBO is a true gem.

Amazing outdoorsy place

We absolutely loved the place. Very cozy and clean. The area was secluded but felt very safe. Stunning views. Would definitely stay there whenever I go back to Maine. The host was very responsive and knowledgeable.
