Perfect for our needs

The property itself is nice, clean and very new. The appliances were barely used. It suited our needs. 20 minute drive from the airport, easy to find. Gated with a key entry FOB for the gate. Our unit did not face the pool but that was not an issue for us as we weren't there for the pool, but an easy 30 second walk to the pool if needed. Great location with easy drive to the island which isn't ling to begin with. Essy access to the marina that takes you to North and Middle Caicos is you take a day trip there. Mid week, we got fresh towels and a clean up. We did have a very minor issue with the key FOB for the gate which was resolved really quickly and communication with the property manager was efficient. I would certainly return and rent this unit again. Thank you Debbie for all the help.

Be forewarned

The studio apartment interior was beautiful and clean, the bed very comfortable. The exterior grounds were unkept, the pool was green from algae, there were dirty clothes, underwear and food containers around the pool deck for the entire two weeks we were there. There was no visible pool maintenance. Dumpster was overflowing with garbage. The smell of raw sewage was continually present when outside. The lounge cushions were very dirty.The security gate wasn't functional for the first week. It would be nice if there was information on how/where to access the beach. The host was very difficult to connect with forcing us to reach out to VRBO when the toilet wasn't functioning. I have photos to back up my observations. We had been to Turks and Caicos previously and were expecting our two week vacation to to be special. I'm sad to have to leave such an honest review. Bob & Kim
